Instructions on how to enter the draw and other details in the advertisements for this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry or amend these Terms and Conditions if considered necessary without notice.

About the Promotion:

1. The Promoter is Big Rock Toyota ABN 72 570 597 whose registered office is at 445 Wanneroo Road, Balcatta, WA 6021
2. The Promotion is only valid at Big Rock Toyota
3. The ‘Promotion Period’ is from 8:00 am Australian Western Standard Time (‘AWST’) on Friday 1 August 2025 to 5.00 pm AWST on Tuesday 30 September 2025
4. Vehicles need to be booked in to Big Rock Toyota’s Service Department between 8am and 10am for the free battery, tyre, globe and windscreen wiper inspection by phoning our Service Department on 08 9344 0111 or by completing the booking form above
5. The inspection results and advice on whether the battery, tyres, globes and or windscreen wipers need to be replaced will be provided to the Customer. The Customer is under no obligation to purchase any parts from Big Rock Toyota.
6. Every Customer that purchases and fits batteries, tyres, globes and/or windscreen wipers from Big Rock Toyota within the Promotion Period will receive the discount outlined in point 8. below
7. Every Customer that spends $200 on batteries, tyres, globes and/or windscreen wipers in a single transaction at Big Rock Toyota within the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the draw (1 entry per $200 spent)
8. The following discounts will apply if the items are purchased, supplied and fitted from Big Rock Toyota during the Promotion Period:

5% off RRP for all batteries

5% off RRP for all tyres

5 % off RRP for all globes

15% off RRP for all windscreen wipers

About the draw:

1. To enter the draw, you must NOT be;
   • an employee or immediate family member of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, or the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion
   • a Fleet, government, or wholesale customer
   • a rental car company or other dealership
2. To enter the draw, you must;
   • be at least 18 years old and a resident of Western Australia.
   • purchase a minimum of $200 worth of batteries, tyres, globes and/or windscreen wipers in a single transaction from Big Rock Toyota within the Promotion Period.
   • supply a valid email address and contact number.
3. The winner will be drawn from all eligible entries on Monday 6 October 2025 at 2:00 pm AWST at Big Rock Toyota, using a random sequence number generated from random.org.
4. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on Monday 6 October 2025 by a representative of the Promoter.
5. The Promoter’s decision and the result of the draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

About the prize:

1. The prize includes, at minimum, the following Toyota Merchandise items (total RRP in excess of $200):
   • Lifestyle 10L Dry Bag
   • Picnic Blanket
   • Gazoo Racing Swiss Peak Torch
   • Large First Aid Kit
   • Manual Wallet
2. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3. No alternative prize will be offered to the winner.
4. The Promoter will not be responsible for any faults or defects with the prize items.

Entrant’s obligations:

1. Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting their name and contact details to include them in and administer this promotion. Entrants understand that they may be contacted for the purpose of this promotion.
2. Entrants consent to any personal information they provide to be used by the Promoter for customer database and marketing offers.
3. Entrants consent to make themselves available for any reasonable publicity requests made in relation to this promotion. This would be without charge and at a time specified by the Promoter.

Winner’s obligations:

1. The winner must provide photo identification and comply with a 100-point check to claim the prize. They must sign any required documentation and have photos taken when collecting the prize.
2. The winner is required to collect their prize from the Promoter before 17 October 2025, unless agreed otherwise with the Promoter.
3. If the winner does not claim the prize within 10 days from the agreed collection date, they agree that the prize will be automatically forfeited.
4. The winner agrees that the Promoter has the right to use publicity photos, voice recordings and the winner’s name in any medium and in any reasonable manner.

General:

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any accident, loss, injury or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct and consequential loss) to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the prize.

Privacy:

1. Our Privacy Policy is available on our website at www.bigrocktoyota.com.au/privacy-policy/. The policy contains information about how we handle your personal information, how you can contact us to access or correct it, how to make a complaint if you feel we have not handled your personal information correctly and how we deal with complaints.
2. Entrant’s personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for customer database and marketing offers. The Promoter’s marketing and promotional offers are developed in line with the entrant’s needs, but should you not wish to receive this information, email “Unsubscribe” and your name and address to marketing@bigrocktoyota.com.au.
